Seven stages. You should know what happens at each one, and what you are holding at the end of it, before you appoint anybody.

Attend & Make Safe
Priority attendance. Immediate steps to stop the damage escalating.

Investigate
Inspection, moisture mapping and controlled water testing. We find the entry point, not the symptom.
- 03
Report
Written cause-of-loss or defect report with photographs and an itemised, fixed-price scope of works.
- 04
Approve
You, the insurer or the committee approve the scope. Variations proceed only with documented sign-off.
- 05
Rectify
Engineered systems installed by qualified applicators, with all trades coordinated by us under one contract.
- 06
Certify & Warrant
Completion certificate, photographic close-out report, and warranty of up to 20 years.
- 07
Maintain
Optional scheduled maintenance to protect the repair and the building.
